Yeah, aside from that, even when she was undisputed best and on TUF she would melt down over little insults. And I'm not just talking tempers flaring, she was emotionally crushed by the insults.
I honestly thought that might be the case at first, trying to draw sympathy and take the attention away from the fact she had her ass beat. Maybe, maybe not. The interview though was terrible either way. She says something about how she got hit by a lucky shot in the first exchange and then not having perception the rest of the way. Sounded like she was just covering her ass with excuses instead of just saying Holm beat her easily. Same with the whole "I was tired excuse". Look at what Conor and other men have done recently. 3 fights in the same time as Ronda against people who actually made them go past 30 seconds. 1 minute into the interview and she already said her excuses. After that it was all crying and making Ronda look like a victim.
I don't doubt her depression/suicidal thoughts. I just find it hard to sympathize with someone who has repeatedly been an ******* in the past. She has refused to show sportsmanship after wins in the past or before, whether an opponent deserves it or not. She refused to touch gloves with Holm even, instead staring at her with that ***** face. Conor may be an ******* at times, but at least after he and chad fought, they showed some respect. Conor didn't walk away and talk ****. Whether or not Ronda deems someone worthy of respect, she should at least show some class. Instead she runs to Ellen and cries. Maybe she's working on her acting career. Maybe she really is mentally off. She's got her audience either way...
Pettis and Barboza officially added to 197. That should be a fun fight. Two of the most exciting strikers in the sport. That's shaping up to be a good card. Jones-Cormier 2 as the main event and Mighty Mouse defending in the co-main.
Kimbo with some ummm interesting trash talk. Dada was talking normal smack, when Kimbo told him to pull his pants down so they could compare ****s. Said Dada had a baby **** and his was bigger. Wtf lol
Yeah, Houston Alexander was already on his way out of the UFC, in all likelihood. I think Dana picked that fight because he wanted to prove a point and have one of the worst UFC fighters work Kimbo. Plan backfired.
