Went out and did some early mother's day stuff. Thanks tho, maybe next time. I love it, Cowboy is my favorite, so was hoping Masvidal would beat Maia and hype him up. Maia is on his way to being a champ, I think. Can't wait for Lawler-Cowboy, tho

After Maia won he went over and asked Dana for a title shot and Dana said "you got it". So apparently he's next in line now.

Also, I still think Yair has a very bright future, but I wasn't buying the hype one bit after he beat up an old Penn. I thought someone like Edgar would derail the hype train, but I didn't think it would be that bad.

Deserves it. Last 2 fights, I saw, he was dominate. Submitted, the Natural Born Killer, easily and somebody else, highly ranked(drawing a blank)

Edgar is just a maniac. U know what he is going to give u every fight, his all. Getting old, but still got it, unlike Penn. Penn shouldn't be allowed to fight anymore, imo

The prelims were better than the main card, but overall it was a decent fight night. Edgar taught the young 'un a lesson. Miocic looks unstoppable. If Cormier decidedly beats Jones, I'd like to see him fight Stipe at 230.

Demian Maia displayed superior Jiu-Jitsu, that's for sure. I thought he was a class act for his comment about Masvidal having the best Jiu-Jitsu of all the fighters he's faced.

Hassan's takedown defense is so so bad. That was a weird fight in the sense that there was a lot of action but not much damage.

Like Cormier and he seems like a good dude, but I think Stipe would punish him.

Going off of that idea, if Jones finds a way to beat Cormier after all this time off, I'd like to see him step up to Heavyweight and fight Stipe. I think that would be a superfight and would sell like crazy.

Apparently, MacDonald looked like his old self, submitting Daley in the 2nd by rear naked choke. No, I didn't watch, just googled it. I don't know much about Daley, but good for MacDonald

Last time i saw Daley fight was when he punched Koscheck after the fight was over and he got kicked out of the UFC.
