UF Player Running His Smoker About Us

And my point was that UT fans looooovvveee for UT to take some kind of credit for anything that Manning does these days, but when a UF or other school's players go into the NFL, the response is always that their success in the NFL does not have anything to do with the school they came from.

Can't have it both ways.

Current UT players in NFL > Current UF players in NFL

lawgator1,

Shouldn't you be chasing an ambulance somewhere? Maybe you've just had a hectic morning of punishing the downtrodden and unjustly enriching the corporate undeserving. Irrespective, your gators days are numbered with respect to dominating the SEC East. You know it and I know it. Enjoy it while it lasts.
(Or are you a criminal justice major...maybe just watch lots of law and order?)

I'm too slow to catch any ambulances. Even parked ones.

Aside from the insults, was there really a point to your post? LG knows full well that sports success is cyclical. He has followed his team through good times and bad (run Lindsay, run Lindsay, run Lindsay…..). He has acknowledged this fact on this board on numerous occasions. I cannot blame him for enjoying the ride as long as it last.

VD (I am going to call you that from now on :)), I took no offense. I think he's kinda having some fun.

Other than Peyton, what's our QB's done in the NFL! Not taking LG's side!LOL

So? At least we have one QB that didn't completely bust in the NFL....and in fact was a league MVP and superbowl winner. FLA has had two heisman winners in the last 20 years...one obviously didn't pan out...and the other probably won't either unless NFL teams start running the spread offense on a widespread scale.

That's funny. :lolabove: I agree with VD. If we're going to have a rival poster on here, it's good to have somebody who has some sense and just doesn't come on here bashing people unless of course he gets bashed on first.

Of course I still respectfully disagree about the analysis of the CLK comments on calling CUM at cheater. But that ship has sailed. :eek:k:

I'd say it actually sunk.

You are the person bringing Manning into the thread you doof. I just pointed out that the OP is about a former UF player, which by a large account means his football career is over. So who cares what he has to say?

I don't know about other posters, but all I said was FLA hasn't put a quality QB into the league. You're the one that brought Manning into the discussion, I never mentioned him until after you did.

LG, was that your best attempt at a Ron White impersonation? ie. ..."LOOOOOAAAAAAADDDDDDEEEEEDDD!..."

Why is his inability to speak and answer questions an issue here? Did you ever hear Chris Lofton in an interview? I know it's fun to bag on UF, but the content is the only thing worth listening to. It tells me that the rivalry is at least ignited a little bit if UF is talking about how they are going to kill us, at least they are talking about us. I can't think of a single legitimate football team that recruits players based on their odds of being a Rhodes Scholar.

Quick with his feet, not quick on his feet. How would you like to edit that piece? "uh can you give me 7-8 minutes?" "hell I can barely get 7-8 seconds"

Seriously?

Jevon Kearse, Fred Taylor, Lito Sheppard...on and on....the Gators haven't pumped a ton of hall of famers into the league, but the NFL has plenty of impact players from UF.

Ha Ha Lito Sheppard, Fragile Fred, and Kearse :good!:

that nukeese comment was unnecessary. he liked tennessee better. get over it. ingram better pray to his almighty deity that eric berry doesn't have a hit list.

but i think my favorite thing about florida fans/players is how they call CLK classless and then say just wait until the fourth quarter when CUM will run up the score and take some timeouts. Is that classy?
Well not to be a smart aleck or anything buddy but ole Cornelius Ingraham is gonna be in the NFL next year so if Eric Berry does have him on a hit list its gonna be a while before he can cross him off that...A year at least lol

My favorite was when he said "Bestest (sp) fans" thats what a degree from UF gets you. This kid is obviously dumb, and its a shame that any university would allow a kid graduate from college who cannt speak, it reminds me of Dexter Manley of the 'skins in the '80s its really sad...and we wonder why we are falling behind in the world to other countries, and banks fail, goverment cant add....this was a perfect example

It's actually a good school to go to, even if I hate their guts right now.
