Love that hit on the UGA player but this is what he needs to work on. He had the corner and could have stiff armed or broken an arm tackle on his way into the end zone. He needs to trust his speed more.

I think it's actually a list of guys he wants to hit up for autographs because, as others have pointed out, this kid ain't seeing the field in 2016 and most, if not all, of those guys will be in the 2017 draft.

The simple fact that Hurd's name continuously comes out of the mouth of Gator players tells me they're scared of him. Period.

eh, i don't think fear is it.

i do think it's a heavy dose of "how do we get these guys thinking of anything other than football?"

it's a distraction at best, and only if they allow it to be.

Nothing from Kongbo since. It's no secret Jones has a tight social media policy. Meanwhile, McElwain hasn't wrangled any of his players from blasting off at the mouth. Shows lack of discipline

I agree with you. Which it surprises me since he is an Saban disciple.

Yes it does, but unless Mac starts wolfing himself, it looks like Tennessee wins going away.

Bob Shoop:

'We're going to stop the run. Nobody will run the FB on the orange swarm. Nobody will run the FB on Tennessee.'

Vosean Joseph won't contribute for UF until 2017 at the earliest.

Tabor's cockiness is at least understandable...barring injury he'll likely be the first CB taken in the draft.

Now we got scrubs talking smack? Come on man...

Tabor will most likely be taken forth IMO... taken forth to the ground with a nasty Bo Jacksonesque stiff arm.

The difference I see here.. The Fla players are calling out individual players of opposing team. JK was backing his team up in a interview. Shoop is making a statement for confidence in his defense. Totally different in my eyes..

Shoop isn't slighting anyone with that statement. However other players calling out players on other teams and puttin out "hit lists" is something totally different.

Shoop is calling out every SEC offensive rushing attack. He's saying: See if you can run on my defense? I dare you

Once that gets out there, your rivals get to be the experts on how they interpret such verbal cluster bombs.

it's not exactly going out on a limb to dare Bama, GA etc...to runt he ball.

and it's not like he's going to trot out there with a pee wee team either.

our front seven is, at least, capable of actually backing it up.

will they...probably not in every game. we do play some pretty good RB's and O lines. but hey, they'll be playing a pretty good defense.

if at the end, we have more points than they do, mission accomplished.

Boy Kiffen sure doesn't care too much about what he says or implies on social media either. Surprised Saban hasn't bent him over his little knee and delivered a spanking.

Explain how this compares to a "hit list"?

Wouldn't suprise me if the quote is from an interview after we hired Shoop about how his defenses are. You can't take a quote that was for Tennessee fans and make it about the SEC.
