UF interviewing Coach Gillespie

Glad Coach Gillespie is staying, at least that is what I think I read in the Tee Martin clutter. Hope he gets a Power T national championship ring with in the near future.

Tee called Jalen Hurd "SOFT AND TERRIBLE"

He was my favorite VOL for years until he made that comment and openly shunned us by staying with Lane Kiffin out in Cali.

If you don't understand this logic, you don't understand football fandom in general.
He didn't shun UT he simply did what he felt was best for his family and career at the time. That is logical

Are there any ex Vol running backs coaching somewhere else that UT could replace Gillispie with?

Hoping to hold on to RG, the stable of RB's we are getting back RG I'm sure assisted in recruiting and knows these guys especially Hurd so it'll just be a positive if he stays on staff.

I like Coach G. I think he was a good, solid hire and meshes well with Jones' philosophy, particularly in recruiting. Glad we get to keep him for a while longer.

This is beyond the point of being old. He made a choice that was best for him, who cares. He said Hurd was soft, who cares. He turned out wrong...and I'm sure he wouldn't have said it anyway had Jalen committed to USC. Your "logic" is eerily similar to butthurt.

I'm not sure what was offered to CG but if it was more money then it can only mean one thing. He believes Tennessee can be a legit contender. If someone doesn't take a job at their alma mater and especially if it's more money it's because they know success (other than solid recruiting) is around the corner. That's my take on the situation.
