Please please please pay the man! I really like CRG and I think he really likes it here. I just don't want money to be the thing that causes us to loose him. If he wants to go because it was his alma mater then fine I wouldn't hold it against him, but not cause of money. It's time we stop being cheap and pay our coaches to stick around.

Money was giving to Jones for staff pay increases. If he leaves it won't be about money, IMHO. GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

I hope he stays, but replacing a RB coach is not as big as other positions. He seems to be doing well though and would love to have continuity on the staff.
