This one and the recorded audio from the Navy guys really got my attention. On the old "Tic Tac" videos with Cmdr David Fravor, one of the most amazing aspects of the craft was that they appeared to enter the Pacific ocean travelling several hundred mph....only to emerge a few seconds later with a "wingman" flying right next to them at the same speed which it entered the water. Here is another instance of Navy personnel seeing these craft emerge from IN the ocean and quickly taking off out of radar range. In the old Fravor encounter, both he and another pilot flying as his wingman attested that there was a HUGE round shaped "mother ship" or something barely submerged a couple feet under the surface of the ocean...such that it appeared white from the waves breaking on it. Theres definitely something going on in the oceans pertaining to these craft IMO ...regardless of whose craft they are. Crazy stuff IMO
