If I were just hired to try and rebuild a major D1 program, I can honestly say I would probably not be going the HS route for assistants. If Tyndall had a sure fire top notch group of assistants, maybe he could risk it. Today, I don't think he would do it. He has too much on the line. If Hart is giving him good money to go get a quality, proven assistant coach, he needs to look for the best he can find.
