The other one has stayed out of the spotlight and no one has heard from her.

Given that the player involved in this has not been identified, this was Miss Santos way of saying, "It isn't me."

He is lucky that his dad has been successful in his own right but with much less of a spotlight than his mom. I expect he'll end up working with him at Sevier County Bank

I didn't say with their players. He's young and they are only 4-5 years apart. They both are immature and made a horrible mistake. It's unfortunate it was his player. If he had been older it would be worse to me. Just my opinion. Tyler should know better but maybe "like father like son". Like I said i don't condone it and it is wrong all the way around. But I will name a few who slept with girls half their age. Pearl and I love him. Petrino. Kiffen.

The issue is not that he had an affair. That's between him and his wife.

The issue is that he slept with a player and rumour has it that he got her pregnant. No team will take a chance on this happening again. He's a walking PR nightmare and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

His coaching career is over.

A really sad day, re. Tyler Summit. The Apple did not fall far from the tree in his case. Isn't it frequently the Bible quoters committing the biggest sins? I could forgive him if he hadn't been quoting that crap all along.

So, some posters are putting as much blame on the player as they are Tyler Summit.....ridiculous, but understandable. They thought he would come back to UT and bring the Lady Vols back to being relevant again. I suspect these are the same posters who also think that Peyton Manning is going to be the football coach after Jones is fired from the fallout over all the sexual assaults. Typical Orange-aide drinkers.

Who's saying that the player shares any of the responsibility of Tyler's situation? He 100% did it to himself, and he deserves what he got out of it. Doesn't matter if the player was the loosest woman in town. He should have kept it zipped up.

This focus on the player is because of the haste in labeling her a "victim". I'm not for stamping the "victim" tag on her when it seems that she was a consenting party to this hot mess. If she was coerced into this relationship, then that's a different story; however, all signs seem to suggest that her involvement was of her free will.

He's a multimillionaire on both sides of his family, so he won't be selling cars or strapped for cash. As co-founder, he'll probably work with Pat's foundation. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that strikes far too many families, so maybe he can do some good with that. It seems inevitable that he'll return to Knoxville.
