Tyler Smith and the Vols

The big question mark is Childress. If he can knock down 3's like he did at the end of the season last season then we'll be even more dangerous.

good grief, they scored that much tonight? I know it wasn't against good competition, but wow.

Not everyone scored that much. Lofton and JuJuan just didn't miss many. Both were on fire. Lofton shot a 3 over T. Smith and the crowd went crazy. His last 3 was with time running out and he was holding the ball at half court. They had already won the game. The crowd was yelling for him to shoot it. He passed it off and the crowd went crazy. They passed it back to him and he shot it and made it. T. Smith immediately inbounded to Prince and he took it across half court line and shot it and it went in also. A little fireworks at the end of the night.

I really need to make it down there and watch a game or two.

What about Howell. I forgot about him. He should average a couple of points a game also.

o yea i forgot about Howell, he's just gonna be in a few minutes a game just to give Ramar or Lofton a quick breather and he probably wont ever shoot the ball unless he's WIIIDE open

If you like TN basketball, then you will love this summer league. It's awesome. You're right there with all the players. All offensive show. Pretty addictive. Slay hit a game winning 3 with the score tied and no time left on the clock to win the second game. Crowd went crazy.

I didn't know Ron Slay was playing. That guy was great. I don't know if anyone remembers that season he was injured, (2002 maybe) where he spent a few minutes as a commentator every now and then. He was hilarious. I really liked that guy. It's insane that he didn't ever make All-SEC. I'm pretty sure he was the SEC's leading scorer his senior year.
