Tyler Bray's current weight

"I would've loved for Bray to have done anything to any of the girls that were with us."

That pretty much sums up average frat boy mentality when girls and beer are around.

"i would love for me and my brothers to kick the **** out of one guy because he has better game then we do"

Dude, I was in a fraternity while I was at UTK (oddly enough, the same as midfielder I believe) and I can tell you that isn't the mentality of "fraternity guys." that is the mentality of drunk 18-20 year old groups of males. It isn't singular to fraternities, nor does it hold true for every fraternity guy. There were plenty of times guys hit on my girlfriends or the girls I was talking to and I never had the urge to fight. It's not my (or any of the brothers I hung out with, for that matter) style to get violent. I especially wouldn't act like a buffoon around a fb player bc I have waaaay too much respect for those guys. You guys need to quit generalizing about fraternities when the behavior is not exclusive to fraternities. It is drunken group mentality for young males (holy crap, that just so happens to be what fraternities are comprised of so that must be what they're all about). Joining a fraternity is a choice. It's not about "buying your friends." I joined to get away from the same thing every weekend, but I had plenty of friends prior to fraternity life and I remain friends with them today. If you didn't join a fraternity, more power to you. That was your choice, but don't rip on an entire group of guys bc of stupid generalizations.
Sorry about joining in on the off topic, back to bray's weight...
Last time I was in town, I caught a brief glimpse of him on the strip and he looked like he had added SOME bulk from the elite 11 camp, but not a lot. I do think he'll have gained enough come fall, though.

These "generalizations" or "stereotypes" are alive and well for a reason. The majority of "greeks" from my personal experience are douche bags.

Frat boys are often portrayed as these stereotypes in hollywood and other media outlets. Did these generalizations just appear out of thin air? Doubtful.

Sure, people who aren't in frats can portray the same ridiculous mentality and attitudes, but don't act for a second like a decent amount (if not majority) are this way. And you can thank them for that.

Wow, the level of creepiness has gone to a higher level.... first talking about a teenage boys weight and now it has gone to frat people.....

Wow, somebody got black-balled at Kappa Kappa Kappa when they rushed.

learn to read. i never said that frat guys didn't act this way. i even went so far as to explain why. you get a bunch of 18-20 males + alcohol together and that's the behavior that ensues. the stereotypes "are alive and well" for the same reasons that any stereotype exists. people constantly talk about it and state it as fact. are all asians and women bad drivers? i don't really feel comfortable continuing along this line of proving you wrong because stereotypes are not necessarily based in fact. they are just generalizations made about an entire group of people. obviously i don't think racism or sexism compares to your inane hatred of fraternities, but the principal beliefs are the same. a bigot is a bigot (how odd is it that i'm calling out bigotry AGAINST a fraternity? ironic much?), and you are an idiot. i don't care that i'll get flamed for making these points (nick saban compared the bama loss to LA lafayette, or whoever, to 9-11), but i'm just sick of reading your biased drivel. yes fraternities get rowdy and act like idiots, but they're no different than a group of drunk nonfraternity boys of the same age.
seriously, grow up and get over your issues with greeks.
back on topic, does anyone know for sure how much tyler is developing. how is he handling the offseason workout period?

Learn how to compose a sentence. You must have been to busy drinking through college.

clever comeback, internet tough guy, but i graduated with honors and am going to medical school next fall. i don't think i could've been too busy drinking through college to pull that off. also, "learn to read" is an acceptable sentence. you are the implied subject because it is a directive. "you" and "learn" are in perfect subject-verb agreement. please try to call me out for my inability to correctly process english grammar again. you're an idiot. go away (that's another directive, by the way. hope it doesn't confuse you).
also, i went ahead and corrected your post. if you're going to call someone out for their grammar, learn how to correctly use to/too/two.

(Throws challenge flag)

Is capitalization part of grammar?

The two go hand and hand. Just like frat and douche.

ZING (hey look, i capitalized to show exclamation!)!! you've truly got a firm grasp on reality. all lazy people are stupid. all frat guys are douchebags. that makes tons of sense, but please explain to me how i've accomplished what i've accomplished in life if i'm so stupid and douche-y (admittedly, i'm not positive how to transform "douche" into an adjective). i am lazy, but it has never hindered me in my academic ambitions and if medical school is the place for stupid people, well i guess i'm stupid. i'm glad to see that you've failed in your attempt to prove me wrong so you've moved to stating your misinformed opinions as fact without any substance.
i apologize to everybody who read/reads this. i typically don't get into these trivial arguments on here, but i got sucked into it this time.

owned. nice come back.

Apparently, this trotts character has a problem with every fraternity member he comes across. Considering the way he acts on here, it's not surprising.

trotts, you might just be a douchebag yourself... at least you appear to be one on message boards. TIFWIW.

I've seen frat boy douche baggery first hand many times in Knoxville and other cities. The quote from the kid who said that they were about to jump Bray pretty much sums it up.

Congrats, you are now the biggest idiot on this thread
