Wrong. his dad is a very talkitive guy and a nice guy at that, but not arrogant. His son is anything but that and let's his play speak for itself.

You obviously don't know him as well as i do and i am certain of that. You must have a perception of him that makes you think you know him and thats fine but i know he is not the person you believe him to be. I find it hard to believe you are speaking on behalf of the central valley, because i am from there. stop drinking .

From what I was told he is gaining weight but right now he weighs about 207 lbs. While that is an improvement on his weight I think it is funny people are concerned about that considering he runs a 4.9 (told it is actually faster than that) (yahoo has him at 5.5 but previously he was listed at 4.8 on the same. Go figure) 40. He is pretty darn fast and is pretty tall. He has very good foot work so that should help him. If our line blocks for him it will not matter anyway. :hi:

I gotta agree wth valley orange for the most part. He can be a pretty nice guy most of the time but he is also very cocky. If you asked him he would think Tyler would be an all star in anything he played.

thats funny i read that he was the team mvp his junior year in football and basketball. He also was one of the tops on the team in batting for baseball. That doesnt seem to be a cocky father but the facts support.

I was watching the old UT vs Texas Tech game on ESPN U a few nights ago and Peyton looked like a stick. My wife always asked me if he's sick when she sees him. Why's he so pale? He looks like he needs a meal? My point is, size doesn't always mean strength or how well you can take a hit. I know a guy who is 5'5 weighs 125 and benches 350. First time I saw it, I thought I was dreaming. I think he'll be just fine. I also think that a year of fried mushrooms, fried cawflower, fried corn fritters, fried apple fritters (gawd I love the south) fried zuchini will help him gain some weight.

unless your his dad, I bet u I know him better. I'm from his town, know the coaches well and know him well. Been around the green and gold a long time my friend. Sorry man

one last point I want to make..not taking anything away from Tyler, great kid and great athlete. Wish him and the vols nothing but the best. I'll be rooting for Tennessee.

To further my point, don't want to see arrogance from the old man rubbing off on the youngster. Tyler has a great future. Parents can get in the way sometimes, just my opinion but the eldest has a tendency to do just that.

If Tyler doesn't play a lot, better look out.
