Right now? Probably 195-200 lbs.

What he'll weigh before the season starts? Probably 210-215.

During bowl practices this past Dec. it was reported he was over 200lbs. Somewhere around 204-205

Anyone think he will be ready to play as a freshman?

He better be ready to start in my book. I just don't see us having much good come to us with NS at QB. Add to that that most of our big games are at home, and I think Bray gets the nod to start come opening day vs. UT-Martin.

He'll compete this fall. Hopefully, he can get the job. I like the fact he could play for 3 or more years in a consistant offense. Hope he does.

Bold prediction, I'm not so sure about that. It would be nice if he could pull a Peyton though.

Stephens starts... then 1 of the new QBs takes over b4 the Bama game (our bye week b4 the Bama game).
You kind of have to start w/ the Senior in hopes you pull some upsets early. Just by knowing the system and college comp. he gives you the beat chance early. Come the bye week... unless we are surprisingly 4-2 or better... then you give the new QB the keys and get ready for the future.
IMHO

Skinny enough to where my ex girlfriend told him at a party last week to get out of the bar and into the weightroom. Haha. Needless to say he was a little embarassed.

They have him on a great weight gain plan. This picture of Tyler was taken just yesterday.

None of the QBs know the system... It's Dooley's first year... where have you been?

We'll have an idea after the Spring.

I was thinking the same thing. Although Chaney was the OC last season, he said many times that LK ran the offense differently than he would have. I think we'll see alot more spread/pro-style mix this year.

Two years ago NS and Crompton were neck and neck. NS's problem was emotional immaturity. I think that he is more of a game QB than Crompton, who never made anything happen. Bray may be the future but he has a great deal of work to do. If NS has grown up at all I think that NS will start all year.
