Doesn't sound like he's interested in "letting the culture in" of the south , but that's not really a big deal . As long as he keeps throwing touchdowns and doesn't bail on us is all that matters. At least the next slinger is from the south and will likely be less homesick.

“I can’t even explain what the Mexican food is like here,” Bray said. “I used to eat a ton of burritos. But out here, I really haven’t found a place yet.”

Hillarious. He is getting ready for his first start against an SEC team and he is talking about burgers and burritos.

I bet you by his junior year if he is the starter and has a success he will get his In and Out Burger joint in Knoxville.

His pressers and quotes from interviews makes him sound like a mature kid for his age. i think he will be one hell of a leader and QB before he leaves Knoxville.

Does anyone think Worley will beat him out for starter?

No. I think Worley will RS next year, meaning that when Bray is a Junior, Worley will still be a RS Frosh. Worley will get his chance as an upperclassman, but I think Bray will be the guy as long as he's here.

I think after tm. Everyone will know that he deserves to be the starter.

if that happens. worley will transfer. he won't wait 3 years to start. he's just too good. i've seen him play twice this year, and he is the real deal !!

he made clowney look like a clown. have you seen him play ?

No, Clowney looked like a monster in that game. It was his teammates who Worley torched. I, for one, have seen Worley play and he wasn't as impressive as you make him sound. I don't think he threw one spiral against South Pointe. He's a long way from starting in the SEC.

This thread is about Tyler Bray, the current starting quarterback at The University of Tennessee. There is no comparison between him and the starting quarterback at a SC high school.

Worley is very good. But I don't think anyone beats out Bray. I think Bray is a real gem. A once-in-a-while type QB.

Worley doesn't expect to come in and start. And nothing wrong with have a system in place where he gets two years at the helm. A la USC a few years back where guys just sat on the bench until their senior year, tore it up and went to the NFL.

And Bray could even leave after his junior year. I think Bray will be extremely special. If Dooley and Co can keep executing their plan this team will be ready in 2012 with Bray leading the charge.

Offensively, I think this team of current and incoming freshman are going to be special.

Defensively, it is going to take a couple more years.
