Tyler Bray Celebrations

Well, you brought up Peyton Manning. Lets see about other QBs in the game:

Oh. I see. He must be immature. He couldn't possibly lead his team to success with such sophomoric behavior. It's a good thing he didn't do this and other immature celebrations.

No, I'm afraid you don't see. I didn't say anything about him leading his team to success or reference anyone but Peyton Manning. If you can't see the immaturity in his "celebration" then I can't help you.

I get why some like the swagger, but honestly I cringe every time I see Bray's celebrations/taunts. It just shows that he is still a young kid (nothing wrong with that) and has a lot of growing up to do. I agree more with the philosophy of acting like you've been there before.

He's not Peyton Manning. Nobody else is. It's high time you realize that and start appreciating Bray for what he is. And he seems to motivate the teammates around him. His "celebration" is no different than the Title Belt gesturing I just showed you. Rodgers motivated his team with his enthusiasm and "swagger". In the meantime, while "immaturely gesturing" he won MVP and a Super Bowl. Basically, it's where the game is now.

If it's good for the team, it's good for me. Time to join a new decade. I'm guessing you had a problem with coaches wearing polo shirts because "General Neyland and Johnny Majors wore suits. They wouldn't wear this silly sh*t."

The big difference is it's not gonna cost you a TD in the pro game.

That's where "if it's good for the team, it's good for me" comes in. If his celebrations (which could be seen as classless, immature, etc) motivate the team... fine. If they get the team penalized... no go.

That, obviously isn't good for the team.

Wrong again because I have no problem with polos but if you're trying to tell me that Aaron Rodgers doing the "title belt" justifies Bray doing the "bye bye" then it's high time I start laughing at you.

Marlin Lane did the dust off his jersey both times....I sense we are going to be screwed by officiating. I would like to see both hands in a V and then the X pelvic thrust. after score because thats the rule.
I prefer they give the ball to the ref, and trot to the sideline, then celebrate with the team.

I don't understand why celebrations are a play. Their whole life is playing a GAME. For Pete's sake. If you don't want people celebrating keep them from scoring

Loco, its simple, quick, and well, loco.

Or throw on the belt A-Rod style. Maybe we should wait until we're contending to use that one

Didn't G Jones start the loco thing? I feel like that is being ignored since we apparently hate him now.

Also, I love Bray's confidence, but the throat slash and the waving is very immature and you would hate it if another team's QB was doing it. Bottom line, it's bad sportsmanship and it can bring nothing but trouble, whether it is a personal foul flag or big SEC uglies gunning for his neck. Act like you've been there before Bray. Let your play speak for itself.

It's called an abbreviation, ever seen one? Anyone with the first initial A, and last name starts with a Rod can be called A-Rod.

And when the hell have you ever seen Alex Rodriguez "throw on the belt"? Please enlighten me.

Midol much.
Google A-Rod and see how many times Aaron Rodgers shows up. Don't be mad just because of your oversight.

Let the kids have some fun. I really fail to see how the loco could get us into trouble( unless we have one of "those" refs.)
