Probably not relevant right now since the possibility of this happening is a year away, but this is a guy that we could really use for a year after he completes his upcoming Senior season. I'm assuming he's a true Junior at this point and would still have a year of eligibility after he graduates from USC Upstate. He lit us up in TBA this year. I guarantee he'd come here if he decides to extend his college career another year.

That would be a great get for next year. He shoots Chris Lofton style. Watched him at Bearden. He can shoot the lights out. Martin should have signed him 3 years ago!

Could be a zone buster. Has a lot of athleticism and goes 110% every game. I hope Tyndall can make this happen.

Ty is one of my best friends and he is a huge Vols fan. I for one would love to see him transfer to UT but he is loyal to USC Upstate since they are the school that gave him a shot. But I think he would be a great fit and would be our best 3 point shooter by far.

I agree with you completely but Bruce was the coach when Ty was being recruited. Bruce offered him a preferred walk on spot but Ty took the full ride at USC Upstate.

Can you still play if you've already played 4 years? I thought the transfer rule was if you've only played 3 years?

Eh, you're probably right. For some reason I was thinking you could had five years of eligibility if you pursue a graduate degree not offered by your undergrad institution. Obviously no one gets five years of eligibility. / thread. Didn't think this one through.:ermm:
