Callaway's fault. It was still a live ball, and fortunately Chandler was aware and hustling or it could have been a Vandy recovery in the end zone.

No, he let the ball go, it landed before it hit the goal line and was still a live ball. The referee was right there and didn't signal with his hand that it was a dead ball. Chandler noticed and hustled back to the end zone to down/recover the ball.
