They’re not going to have a time listed on there that didn’t actually happen during a track meet.

And Texas has the fastest kids in America right now. They’ve had FOUR Kids go under 10 seconds this season…

Didn’t really have to “think” about it…It was a joke, sheesh. Bolt could’ve still ran 100 yds in about 9.5 or less considering a meter is slightly longer than a yd and his fastest 100m time was 9.58.

Just for sh!it's and giggles, where I went to high school, 9.5 is the record for the 100 yard dash, set by Darwin Bond in 1970, tied by Andre Releford in '72 or 3, 50+ years ago.

Bolt would've been well under 9 seconds for that distance, probably around 8.8 seconds.

Fun facts, fastest recorded 100 yard time was 9.07, Asada Powell, 2011. Former Dallas Cowboy, Bob Hayes ran 9.1 in 1963. What fun it must've been trying to cover that guy.. 😱

One thing to keep in mind too is any time you see on a kids milesplit or athletic.net page it’s legit FAT timed. It’s not like when every got lathered up when Rickey Gibson ran some made up time at the UGA camp that was hand timed by Kirby. No offense to Rickey.
