Having another fanbase doing stupid does not improve our position except maybe head to head. Any HC change potential is bad, but running one off is worse than one leaving for opportunity. Way worse. loud discontent is what it is, logical or not. There is zero value add to fueling national pundits involvement. Can’t think of any reward in a risk/reward analysis. Risk is a given in a players FINAL analysis.

hope he stays with the good guys-- crazy he's been committed this long and then takes one visit to ohst and all of a sudden that's where he's leaning... Hope Heup was able to get there Friday and talk some sense into the kid. You know our staff at this point said he can have a chance to play wherever he wants...

This is a big example of us taking the next step... doing whatever is necessary to close a kid who we really want and need. Boo will be gone and this kid can jump right in and play both ways... Totally see this kid returning kicks.

Where did it say he was leaning towards Ohio State? He said they were in consideration. Which makes total sense considering who Ohio State is.

I feel like he will flip to OSU. Just a gut feeling. He has a lot of raw talent and potential, but as long as we keep our other two WR commits, we will be fine. I’m not sure WR is even the best fit for this kid like I said earlier.

He didn’t, but DaScoop and national analyst seem to think he’s trending that way. Unless UT coaches can turn that around. Maybe we can.

Wiltfong and Spiegelman just logged predictions for the flip to ohst....

Guess Heup didn't make much of an impact when supposedly he visited Friday... damn.

I know it's about the money and ohst is on the elite level where we're currently just good, but wish the fact that we offered so early still has some meaning with some of these kids... clearly ohst saw him gaining momentum and made the offer, and what, for just RB? Has that been confirmed? Guess we'll see how it all shakes out, but not looking good...Guess you either want to play at TN or not... This kid could have been a utility knife... playing all over like boo had the potential to...

We offered in April of this year.

OSU offered in January.
