If you could guarantee 2 wins this 2020 season who would it be against?

My guarantee wins would be Georgia and Bama(both top 5). My thinking is if you can beat both teams you can beat every team on the schedule.

Florida and Georiga as we'd almost certainly win the East, only a loser like Butch Jones could lose the east after beating both of those teams.

Florida and Georgia in the regular season. Winning the East is bigger than beating Bama. Plus you likely get a rematch in Atlanta which would be hyped beyond belief, and a UT/Bama SECCG has somehow never happened. Would be epic

2 games at home we need to win on recruiting weekends, we are least likely to win (IMHO) due to talent levels, and will have most national pop...Buma and gators.

Trying to overthink as usual, I would pick OU and UF because if we win those two our momentum is such that the rest on that list are very winnable.

At 66 years old I have truly tired of being beaten by Alabama or Florida, I still hold a grudge for spurrier. But if I could pick 2 wins it would be Ohio state and Clemson, that means we won the rest .

Considering our recruiting class, I wonder how quick the NCAA will be here if we beat Bama this October....

Ole Miss beat Bama in back to back years, recruited above its weight, and the NCAA sent a Bama grad investigator and a Bama grad supervisor to "investigate" almost immediately

Florida & Georgia win the east. Beat Alabama in the SEC Championship Game. I really hate the Gators & Dogs!

The question is about guaranteeing 2 wins. Didnt say we lose all others. Beat FL and GA then we get possibly 2 chances to beat Bama.

Winning the SECe and playing in ATL is what this football thing is all about but I can't help but pick Bama and UF.

From the teams, listed no wins have ever felt better than ones over these two, for me.

Selfish....but honest.

Right now, we are absolutely pulling above our weight, especially considering the dip in in-state talent this year. The staff is absolutely recruiting their tails off and there's no favorable tailwinds like Butch had with his 2015 class (legacies, signing 30+, huge in-state haul). If we end up on NSD with a Top 2 class AND a win over Bama, we will have scrutiny (absent a 11-1 type season).
