Two onions needed

What i would like to see my university do is stop all the crying, begging, and apologizing. Bruce Pearl is a good coach and a good guy who the NCAA has caught lying. Yes he lied, i get it, but he was caught of gaurd and lied about something very minor and apologized.
He would have kept his job if not for investigators wanting to nail him so bad that they followed him around questioning everybody he talked to for two weeks but only finding a small bump which if only lasted for 30 sec. like the coaches say, is not a violation, so they want to smear him over a kids estimation of time. Someone needs to stand up to the NCAA Tarkanian style for all their inconsistancies. Might as well be the best university in the country to take the lead. We should tell the NCAA and ESPN if they want to drag us through the mud we can do the same to them buy fighting this in court and making public statements calling a spade a spade. We have a great coach that cares, lets fight for him. And for most of you on volnation attacking Pearl and calling for a new coach, i know most of you are trolling but thats fine, karma's a biatch. JMO, IMHO TIFWIW.
:peace2:eek:ut.

The NCAA had the ability to slap him with the show cause penalty based solely on the lie. You cannot lie to the NCAA without it being a major violation. Bruce would have known this when he initially lied, so it makes him look much worse that he lied over something so trivial. Instead of blaming the NCAA or the UT admin or the so-called "Pearl haters" or whoever else you want to lay the blame on, put it where it belongs, squarely on the shoulders of Bruce Pearl.

Onions....I got an onions story...

When I first moved to TN I was told to be sure to try some Vadilia onions when I get a chance...best ever, slab one open and you can eat it like candy.... sweeet!!!

So...on a trip back from Fla, I stopped at a roadside veggie shop in GA. Asked if they had Vidalias....sure, got em by the bagful.

Took a bag home, and decided to see what all the love for these things was about....cut one open and took a big mouthful...WOW, hot, spicy, and made my eyes water.

Learned a few things...Vidalias are not available in Feb, and they are not round and the size of a softball, don't trust anyone selling veggies in GA, and do your dam homework.

Since then, I have come to appreciate the real deal...they are the best onions for sure.

Now...back to the story....
