Few surprises in there CFA behind Kelly, don't think Jumper was really a surprise, Medley or Camigla (sp?) kind of surprising. Mosley starting shouldn't be surprising but it was.

Where are all those freshmen you keep droning on about in the 2-deep? I count 6 out of 22, 5 of those are redshirt freshmen, not true freshmen and only 1 of 22 as a potential starter.

Probably one of the most interesting developments IMHO. TKJr will probably be the starter but I'm very happy to see Warrior starting at SS.

Warrior being the unequivocal starter at SS speaks volumes with TKJr, Abernathy, and Berry all having experience there.

I think Warrior is going to live up to his name this year. I'm excited to watch him play!

the coaches starting someone else ahead of him (considering how the coaches had talked him up);
or, in d4h for promoting hc will need to pack his bags if db doesn't start ahead of jump (considering coaches had already projected jump as a one, back in late july); other?

I'm sure both will see significant playing time, especially with Smith a little banged up he will be dressed, but I doubt they plan on using him.

For Defense, could we put TKJ at a linebacker role and still play Warrior and Abernathy at Safety. I dont know if Austin smith is any better at stopping the run than TKJ

Only 2 positions in numerical order 8 ahead of 10 and 5 ahead of 7 excluding special teams.

TKJr would be lost at LB. He could play up in the box like Eric Berry did some but not LB.

Disappointing, but not a surprise as we've been hearing for weeks how he has not lived up to the hype. So I'm ok. Maybe he'll get a spark. Hopefully.
