We all know about the buildup to the game. We all know what Kiffin said and what Meyer thought of it. We all know how Meyer can hold a grudge and how he will rub his opponent’s face in it if given a chance (see: timeouts vs. Georgia).

But what did Meyer say Monday when he met with the media? Here’s excerpts on the subject of his own conservative play-calling: “When I saw [Tennessee] start handing the ball off, I didn’t feel like they were going after the win. The way we lose a game there is throw an interception. Why put yourself in that position? We’re not trying to impress the pollsters. We’re trying to win the game.”

So, basically Meyer: 1) Ripped Tennessee’s game plan, which actually gave Tennessee the best chance to win; 2) Claimed he’s not trying to impress pollsters, this from someone whose team since 2007 has had point totals of 62, 56, 56, 51, 63, 49, 56, 70, 49, 59, 59,49, 51 and 59.

Meyer looks like a tool. How about just say, “The other team played great and it turns out the other coach is not a moron.” Instead, he alibied that several of his players had the flu.

This is playing out to expose Urban for the narcissistic tool that he really is. When this is all said and done no one's going to like Urban. The bloom is off the rose.

Again, I wish both coaches would shut up. Meyer is acting like a spoiled little kid who didn't get his way. Kiffin isn't helping things either. Both coaches need to be bent over a knee and spanked then be sent to time out. The game is over with, who cares about game plans or what not now?

Interesting to me is that the initial media response (generally ESPN) was that Kiffin was running his mouth again. Now that we start seeing more national folks who aren't trying to protect the SEC broadcast income stream, it becomes a bit of a different take on the tiff, as well as UF's football team.

You are correct, both coaches could have done things differently over the pas 9 months... but what fun would that have been?!

The other side of this is this is a guy who has actively lobbied the pollsters in the past. Something that I don't blame him for, if you can get your team a national title shot by lobbying then go for it. But he shouldn't later on say he doesn't care about impressing the pollsters.

He does come across as a complete tool. If there are two coaches in college football who will run the score up every single time if they can, it's him and Stoops.

I love how everything is blowing up in Meyer's face. Only Meyer could orchestrate a win where he is treated like a loser. This implosion in swamp will help our recruiting and elevate us to the next level. Watch...

Well Urban Cryer is at it again. His players didn't feel well. Here a Medical Bulletin: Crapping your pants after being hit in the mouth by Monty's defense is NOT FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS!

College football has it's BCS rankings, why couldn't the coaches have a BS ranking?

Meyer has the No. 1 BS ranking now. Can he hold his spot?
