During both individual periods, Tennessee’s OL (L-R) consisted of Marcus Tatum, Jahmir Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Nathan Niehaus and Drew Richmond. Chance Hall did sub a couple times for Niehaus at right guard.

One funny aside with the OL: Brandon Kennedy was out in full pads, but no helmet, watching practice today.

In terms of injuries, Jauan Jennings was running routes on air Tuesday — something he didn’t do at all last week. His right ankle is heavily tapped and he wasn’t moving particularly swift, but he was participating. At tailback, Ty Chandler, Tim Jordan and Jeremy Banks were all out there.

Micah Abernathy and Trevon Flowers both were going through individual drills with the safeties.

Notably, John Mincey was with the first-team at end, flanking Alexis Johnson, Shy Tuttle and Kyle Phillips.

Freshman JJ Peterson, who played some on defense against Charlotte, was not with the scout team this week and was working with the rest of the outside linebackers.

Who is playing the role of Kentucky edge-rushing star Josh Allen, you ask? It was freshman walk-on Nyles Gaddy, a 6-foot-4, 226-pounder out of Father Ryan in Nashville. Gaddy was working with the tight ends as Brian Niedermeyer drilled his guys on blocking Kentucky's top defensive threat.

Veteran safety Micah Abernathy was back at practice and going through drills normally on Tuesday.

Freshman safety Trevon Flowers, who Pruitt on Monday called a "game-day decision" for the Kentucky, also was at practice and with the safeties, but he appeared to be more limited than Abernathy.

Are we now a basketball school? Usually it's KY that's turned it attention away from football to basketball.

GL.... (good Lord).

Flowers back is big this week is big news for a Mizzou because TKjr wont get it done against passing teams
Woot! Our DB's are getting healthy... maybe we'll see Trevon at left guard soon!

Here we are getting ready to play a ranked UK and we are praying that a true FR DB will start. Wow.

For now, yes, no doubt. B-ball team is very good, very talented, championship aspirations. Football team very likely the worst in the conference, and unless something changes drastically the last 3 games, not really progressing per the Charlotte game.

A true freshman who has gotten off to about the worst possible start that he could have. Didn’t handle his business off the field and came in grossly out of shape....didn’t look like he did so much as a push up all summer.

It's not good. Have you seen TKjr in pass coverage? If you haven't it's probably because hes not in the same frame as the receiver hes suppose to cover.

Richmond still 1st team RT!! 😡😡🙄
Is there not anyone on the team that they can put in there to hold every down or at least fall down in front of the DE?

Just goes to show how bad the depth is. Its sad to say but I kind of hope we have a large attrition this off season. That way, maybe Pruitt can go after some grad transfers on the OL.

I know. He is slow. I was saying we are TN getting ready to play a ranked UK. And we are hoping that a true FR comes back as a starter in our secondary. Thats just pathetic.
