Not sure finishing 4-2 with wins against Troy, UK, Vandy and Mizzou are great resume builders, especially considering Dooleys record in the SEC and against ranked teams. Hell we could very easily lose to Vandy this year and Troy's defense played much better than ours against Miss St. If we get blown out again by Ala and SC and arent even competitive then I just cant see the big money guys and AD department sitting back, especially if Neyland only has about 80k or less in November.

The hog has spoken. The next thing you know he will tell us that there is nobody better out there than Dooley. Gruden can just show his SB ring and get better recruits than Dooley has brought in. Hog acts like the recruits are running to Tn now.

Thank you, a voice of reason...

DD may not survive but calling Gruden as the next coach is crazy. Just not going to happen, for the money we would have to spend to get him along with the buy outs there are better and proven college coaches out there.

Don't try to tell these morons anything. They were all convinced Gruden was coming when Kiffin was hired. tOSU fans believed the same stupid garbage when Tressel got fired. If or when Dooley is fired, they will see they were wrong but will continue to believe everything they read on the internet.

Strong has beat a bunch of teams that with the exception of UNC everyone of them has a LOSING RECORD....EVERYONE OF THEM...It's an illusion...I would not put him in my top 20.

I agree completely. I think the Strong crowd is vocal but very small. If we have to settle then there are better options than Strong.

I listen to Ainge every day and I've never heard him say what you are inferring. He has mentioned Gruden but only to say that the fans are convinced he is coming here.

And you're reading too much into the GVX article too. It doesn't say much if anything about Gruden coming here.

Im not saying Gruden will be hired ,I dont know but what I do know is, money is not a problem.It wasnt a problem when Dooley got hired and its not a problem now.I know what I know.Im not going to get on here and act like I got inside info on anything.I never have.I know a couple of boosters and they know if money is the problem.They do know Dooley is the problem.They were pissed when Hammy hired him.

I have said joking comments but have remained Switzerland on this one brah! I am gun shy on coaching speculation. Worst thing I have said is Coach Bill Belichick is coming here. I am guilty of trying to rile people up but it is all in good fun. Now Mexico on the other hand.....jk
