Romney would've been more accurate if he would've said Putin was our greatest threat. Obama kept them in check until Putin got back in control. Obama's Administration should've been more on top of it when he regained control, that's for sure. Russia backs Syria and gets a foothold, Obama does the same. I would call this a defeat in the region on the Russian front but not the ISIS front. Russia is asserting itself all over the world and we are complicit and even enabling them.
