By statute, the judges must be drawn from at least seven of the United States judicial circuits, and three of the judges must reside within 20 miles of the District of Columbia. Judges typically sit for one week at a time, on a rotating basis. "

For many it is. Hard to understand. Trump has spent a lifetime as a self serving shyster and he has surrounded himself with self serving shysters, yet so many will latch onto any and every conspiracy theory to avoid having to admit what everyone already knows he is

The title of this thread is a conspiracy theory. TDSr's™ believe Trump being a shyster means he's guilty of almost anything imaginable including personally coordinating with Putin to win the election (despite a lack of evidence of coordination and impact on the election).

I like how you said "personally". Just as long as Trump's couriers and Putin's couriers did the conspiring it's cool.
