She was paid trough a consulting firm she co-owned.What I'm reading is that if she's already an employee of the Trump Org receiving a salary for the very same work that she's being paid for as a consultant, there's a gift tax issue. The consultant fee was in reality a taxable gift instead of a deductable business expense.
You are talking about a third party underwriter? Such as a mortgage loan pool insurer who underwrites a mortgage loan prior to the purchase? They would be on the hook if the loan defaults. I may have misunderstood you earlier.I know this is a bit off track. But why would a lender pay a fee to an underwriter to assess the risk but not be on the hook if the loan defaults? That doesn't make sense to me.
I am only familiar with underwriting for real estate mortgages and insurance policies. You are talking about a third party underwriter? Such as a mortgage loan pool insurer who underwrites a mortgage loan prior to the purchase? They would be on the hook if the loan defaults. I may have misunderstood you earlier.
Trump not paying taxes for the many years leading up to his impending default in 2008 and after, one could reasonably assume someone helped Trump out. Following the money takes time especially with a Trump DOJ leading the charge. And I have a history of acting like a clown. But I'm not in this instance.
The arrangement as you have outlined doesn't sound like middle manning to me. Everything feels about as a solid as Grumors.
Both can be true.... they are not wholesome, morally centered patriots and they are being unreasonably and unfairly persecuteduh, yeah.
Still fascinates me when I see people truly bought into the fact that the Trumps are wholesome, morally centered patriots that are simply being unreasonably and unfairly persecuted.
