He challenged the subpoena already and lost. Now he's just avoiding a court order, placing him at risk of contempt. Nothing wrong with trying to quash the subpoena, but once you lose that battle you gotta comply. He can still invoke the 5th if his testimony would incriminate himself.

Face it, as many people as Muelly has charged with process crimes anyone speaking to his team or cooperating with him is stupid. Fight him as long as you have the means to do so.
