Trump was just genuinely trying to do something good for our relations with Russia, and the Democrats accuse him of treason. The penalty for treason is death. I wonder if the SS are investigating what are essentially death threats against Trump by the Democrats who feed the brainwashed masses who don't understand that we aren't in the Cold War anymore.

I doubt most of the Democrats even know what stipulations have to be met to even qualify as treason. Its one of the hardest things to prove.

Did you people actually watch the press conference? Trump kissed Putins azz over and over. You screeched about Obama and weakness. That display today was atrocious. Just kowtowed to him repeatedly. It was truly awful.

Ok it was awful. Thats whats great about this country. We can screech about Obama bowing to Middle Eastern dictators whose citizens cheered when 9/11 happened. While you can screech about a president trying to i'orove relations with Russia. Everybody wins LG.

Browsing through the #TreasonSummit tweets I did find a screenshot of this.

"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

The Democrats are arguing about the bold portion, which is completely absurd, because no concessions were made.

Obama gave aid to the Muslim Brotherhood. But Dems dont want to talk about that. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

You all keep going down a deep dark path defending the compromised fool. Even hard core conservatives like Gingrich, Santorum, and Kasich are calling this a betrayal by the President.

You're trying to defend the indefensible. He is getting crucified up and down the aisle by even the staunchest of Republicans and Trumpeteers. Are you all even paying attention?

I think what Trump said was wrong, but I think more good came out of this meeting than bad.

Trump is diminishing our international standing and is getting excoriated by allies and foes alike.
I'm finding nothing good about this meeting or even the entire trip.
It's truly an embarrassment like nothing seen since Jimmy Carter. At least he didn't throw up on the Queen. So there's that.

Looks as if my post above is correct. The FBI got an image of the server which is all they needed or requested. The DNC never denied the FBI access to anything they requested nor are there any missing servers. (Based on my 5 minutes of research)

But you totally blow off the governments lack of access to the server to validate this whole situation and verify the providence of the data resulting from the hack.
