I never said it would to be thrown out. I wasnt in your stupid competition, Geronimo.

The fact is that Mueller is trying a case before a judge that is already giving him hell about his case. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Yawn... But then again, maybe he can squeeze Manafort with and 10+ year settled case, to give up dirt on the TrumpPutin criminal enterprise. Keep praying 🙏

You left off the part where he questioned the validity of charging Manafort on finance crimes committed 10 years before the election campaign timeframe and implied in fact without the campaign investigation charges against Manafort could very likely never have been brought forward.
