I can see excluding China from the clubhouse (they are the bully) but not Russia. Russia is an economic force with 7,000 nukes. To me if there is anyone we need to have good relations with its Russia. If we can't stop them from meddling in our elections then thats on us. (lets pretend we don't meddle).
