TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Ouch !!

Mueller's BS is being called in a big way. He can either comply (if the judge orders it) and get made to look like a major fool, or, he can drop the charges and again look like a major fool. His game is ‘likely’ almost over on this one.

The Russians Try to Call Mueller’s Bluff, File Request to View Secret Grand Jury Info | Law & Crime

One such footnote alleges, “Count One of the Indictment is devoid of any specificity about what any officer or employee of Concord actually did other than to generally allege that Concord funded an ‘Organization’ that the Special Counsel imagined and created.” Ouch.

How much longer does Mueller have to turn over the full memo to the judge? It’s been about 2 weeks hasn’t it or has Mueller appealed?

3 FBI agents came to Deripaska (Russian oligarch) before the dossier and asked about Russian collusion orchestrated by and with Manafort. Even though he had bad blood personally with Manafort, Deripaska shrugged it off and said there’s no way Manafort could do that. FBI said something along the lines of ‘well, maybe you should give it a chance’. This is pretty concerning, based on his relationship and history with Mueller and the FBI. Deripaska has offered to testify, so we’ll see.

That is a big step for you to admit that the investigation didn't start with the dossier. I'm proud of you.

Ummmmm ? Never said the dossier 'started' an investigation. I may have misunderstood timelines, all I know is that investigative journalist John Solomon claims to have intel that confirms the Russian oligarch Deripaska was visited by 3 FBI agents PITCHING ‘Trump-Russia Collusion’ weeks before the 2016 election.

So here's the deal...

In 2017 Mueller tied the same Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort for previous work they did together.

Robert Mueller never mentioned in his Special Counsel findings that he had worked with Deripaska in the past.

Then John Solomon dropped another bombshell while speaking with Fox News host Laura Ingraham Monday night…

FBI agents knocked on Oleg Deripaska’s door just weeks before the 2016 election to pitch the ‘Trump-Russia collusion’ narrative to him and he wasn’t buying it!
Deripaska, who hates Paul Manafort, still told FBI agents their Russian collusion theory is “preposterous.” This happened two months before the election and before the FISA application on Carter Page, John Solomon points out.

Perhaps the FBI needed to bolster their sources before they took the phony dossier to the FISA court?

“Two months before the election he’s [Deripaska] asleep in his apartment in New York and he gets a knock on the door by some of the same FBI agents who worked with him on the earlier operation and they said, ‘we think Trump’s campaign and Russia are colluding on the election’ and he let out a big laugh,” John Solomon said to Laura Ingraham.

Democrats should go ahead and own to up approving of third world police state tactics - as long as it is in the interest of the Party.

Roughly 1 year in and nothing, goose egg. No evidence nothing. Time for Sessions to give Mueller and his democrat staff a deadline of July 1 to wrap this up.

Lol awesome. The Fusion GPS information was good enough to validate a FISA warrant however it’s hearsay when it contradicts the DOJ agenda. At the very end of the article, it doesn’t get much clearer than this.

On the same day, Simpson’s lawyer, Joshua Levy, sent a short reply letter to Senator Grassley, stating:

I am writing in response to your letter, dated January 11, 2018, in which you have asked about the August 22, 2017 testimony from our client Glenn Simpson that Christopher Steele in the fall of 2016 said he believed the FBI had another source within the Trump organization/campaign. Mr. Simpson stands by his testimony.

If there ever was a retraction, it has been retracted.

If DOJ cannot justify this informant people need to burn.

Good article from an attorney. Makes a valid argument in the final paragraph:

What a difference a generation makes. If future presidential administrations are to be subjected to special/independent counsel/prosecutors, a return to that original standard would be warranted. Appointments should be placed in the hands of Article III judges, not bureaucratic hacks. Supervision should be as well. Appointees should be accomplished attorneys who have proven their skills through courtroom skills, not political appointments. Until then, we should all buckle our seatbelts, as this is going to be a long and bumpy ride.
