TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

Its hard to believe that Mueller got a subpoena for the Trump Org Crime Syndicate without any probable cause. It's a travesty the House Intelligence Committee already shut down their investigation into the FBI. Oops that should have read Trump Russia Collusion not the FBI.

Cyberattacks Put Russian Fingers on the Switch at Power Plants, U.S. Says Cyberattacks Put Russian Fingers on the Switch at Power Plants, U.S. Says - The New York Times

This is too coincidental for me. When the war against the Taliban was getting ramped up, there were reports of terrorists scoping out our power plants and electrical grid. Now it's the Russians.

I wonder how much of news is factual nowadays?

Yeah saw where he was meeting today. Claim was asking not to be fired. I dont blame him. I would hope they don’t. But might be interesting to see if he has info to offer.

Do you know the details of why they want to fire him? Is he accused of a crime like leaking classified materials?

Honestly don’t know the details Mick. All I know that has been stated is this came from an internal review by the FBI Office of Professional Responsibility and was recommended by a panel of career FBI employees. There are some articles that reference his oversight of investigations in the 2016 campaign year and of individuals providing information to the public they shouldn’t have (aka leaking). I don’t know if this is speculation of or a factual statement of the internal recommendation report.

It would be nice if they publish a report of their findings and reasoning for wanting him fired.

If they fire him I would guess they will. If they don’t they might not do a full disclosure. But at some point somebody will do a freedom of information request I would guess. If there is classified info the might block it or force heavy redacting possibly I guess.

The following is a huge reason I hate Trump. It's not that he's just a liar like all politicians... It's that he also lacks any moral compass or shame whatsoever. Here's a perfect example below. Not only does Trump admit he simply lies to bolster his own cause, but also that in the face of his own ignorance, he not only fails to seek FACT, but he also BRAGS about the very fact that he LIES under such circumstances.

It reflects a complete lack of intellectual curiosity.

In sum, if you're Trump, when in doubt:

1. Act like you have knowledge when in fact you're an ignorant, pompous A$$;

2. Lie like an ignorant, pompous A$$; then

3. Brag about lying and being an ignorant, pompous A$$.

"...In fundraising speech, Trump says he made up information in meeting with Justin Trudeau

President Trump boasted that he insisted to the Canadian prime minister that the United States runs a trade deficit with its neighbor to the north. But, he said, “I didn’t even know. ... I had no idea"

He is a reprehensible person that is an embarrassment to the Republic. His ouster can not happen soon enough.

thanks obama.

China and "probably one or two other" countries have the capacity to shut down the nation's power grid and other critical infrastructure through a cyber attack, the head of the National Security Agency told a Congressional panel Thursday.

The death of Nikolay Gushkov, the 68-year-old Russian businessman whose body was found in his London home on Monday, is being investigated as a murder. The cause of death was "compression to the neck," police say.

Gushkov was a former close associate of oligarch Boris Berezovsky, a flamboyant tycoon who had backed Russia's President Vladimir Putin early in the president's political career — but who had become a vocal critic before living in self-imposed exile. Berezovsky, who was also close to the poisoned former KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko, died in 2013, in what has been described as a hanging. All three men died in London.

Mueller witness was convicted on child porn charge - POLITICO

George Nader, who advised the Trump White House, got a six-month sentence in 1991, records show.
it was known that Nader faced a similar charge in federal court in Washington in 1985 involving allegations of importing from the Netherlands magazines depicting nude boys. A judge dismissed those charges after ruling that the search warrant issued for Nader’s home was invalid.

The Associated Press reported on Thursday that Nader was convicted in the Czech Republic in 2002 of 10 cases of sexually abusing minors. He received a one-year prison sentence in that case.
