I cannot find 1 verified source (name on the record) that has said Muller has asked to interview Trump. If you got one please post it.

You do know all law enforcement departments interview people just for information don't you? He don't have to be a suspect does he? Are you suggesting that he has to have committed a crime in order to be interviewed?

My belief is that had Muller formally requested an interview, Trump would have tweeted it and/or Muller's team would have made an announcement to put pressure on Trump.

Muller would have to show that only Trump has the relevant information he needs, that's pretty much settled. So if Muller wants to subpoena Trump he would need to explain what he needs and why.

Mueller's team has not made any "formal" announcements about anything involving the investigation, guilty pleas that I'm aware. We know Trump don't tweet things that make him look bad.

Trump was skeptical of Russian interference before he started his presidency and shortly into it, but he's made no relevant comments thereafter to my knowledge. Maybe he's been briefed otherwise by his daily intelligence.

Let's clear all this Trump-Russia crap...to our knowledge, he's never been under investigation, refer back to what Comey said (not sure about his credibility though, he's been caught in several lies)

It's an ALL THINGS RUSSIA that Mueller can and is investigating, he's got unlimited bounds and parameters. As Trey Gowdy said last night, "Mueller can investigate a bank robbery in Topeka, Kansas if he needs to". This is not about investigating Donald Trump, although that could be a piece of it.

Here's a good Russia Investigation daily/weekly synopsis, although it's from Fox News...you can google other sources.

He was asked to by Reno, Starr had already started closing up shop after the Whitewater trials. Reno thought asking Starr to look into the Paula Jones matter would clear Clinton.

Starr didn't have carte blanche to go in any direction he chose.

He said he looks forward to talking with Mueller. It's his chance to set the record straight, all he has to do is tell the truth. It will set him free, or lock him up. Either way...
