That’s more your thing than his.
He’s more of a sarcastic snarky comment and head shake of derision

I'm sure when it's all over both of you will say "I knew it all along". Hog will have an additional qualifier "I voted for Jill". You have already used yours "There all crooks".

I am getting tired of the Trump apologists in Congress (Ryan and McConnell in the last week) saying the Mueller investigation should end simply because it's gone on for so long. The Watergate investigation lasted for 2 years. Nixon also applied similar logic in his State of the Union Address in 1974 when he said "One year of Watergate is enough!". If you want to call for the investigation to end because you don't think it's just - that's logical (dead wrong, but logical). Calling for it to end simply because it's length is getting on your nerves is not logical and nobody who remembers Watergate (as McConnell would) should be doing that.

I will be able to say that I knew all along that this was a witch hunt.

I absolutely believe they’re all crooked. And I absolutely believe nothing will be done about it.

I will add that I think they have nothing on trump but even if they did......see above.

Can someone please provide a link to the law Trump has allegedly broken? Some keep screaming treason, but taking dirt from Russia is no more treason than using a former MI6 agent to gather dirt. It's not treason. Treason is attempting to overthrow a lawful government. Trump was lawfully elected by American citizens. So please provide what specific law he has broken that is deserving of impeachment.

LG, you're supposedly a lawyer, provide me to a link of the law that has been broken. And if you claim treason, then explain to me how Hillary and the DNC are escaping prosecution as they funded a foreign agent to uncover dirt on Trump.

If they were anti-Trump and they wanted to influence the election, why did no one leak a single word about the Russia investigation? It's not like they were leak proof.

The FBI publicly stated they were reopening the Clinton investigation DAYS before the election. The Russia/Trump team investigation? Crickets!!!

Yea, that really sounds like they had it in for Trump. They handed him the election.

Because they had been illegally spying on Trump since 2015 and had no legal cover (i.e. FISA warrant) to conduct electronic surveillance of American citizens.

The Carter Page FISA application was first approved in October of 2016.

To the best of my knowledge, the only law Trump possibly broke was a campaign finance law by accepting something of value from a foreign national. Is that even impeachable? IIRC, Bill was found to have received actual monetary donations from Chinese nationals, but that wasn't what he was impeached for. And would Steele himself not be considered a foreign national funded by Hillary and the DNC to come up with supposed dirt on Trump? The whole thing reeks of a bunch of nothing that Trump opposition is trying to blow up into something.

He was no longer with the campaign in October so how was the FBI using the FISA warrant to spy on Trump?

So you're ignorant of how FISA warrants work, huh?

FISA warrants are retroactive and allow for spying on everyone within "2 hops" - meaning every single person that Carter Page emailed, texted or called directly AND every single person that those people emailed, texted or called.

As such, a FISA warrant would provide great cover if you were already illegally spying on an American citizen.

No they weren't; that's complete BS. Did Q tell you that?

They knew people running the Trump campaign were being investigated and did not say a word. OR LET IT LEAK!!!

You cannot twist your way out of that one.

Believe what you want.

It will all be revealed soon enough.

FISA is for "active" Surveillance. AND you are dead wrong that they can monitor every single person that those people emailed, texted or called. That would require an additional FISA warrant on those people if they are American.

You are wrong.

Under the old rules, a third hop could result in hundreds, if not thousands, of phone and contact information for people, most of whom officials believe likely would not know, much less communicate with, the suspect.

On Tuesday, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) released documents detailing significant reforms aimed at addressing weighty privacy concerns raised after the Snowden theft.

Under new rules released by the ODNI, NSA will be limited to two hops. According to an explanation in the documents, “the limitation to two hops reduces the number of potential results from each query.”
