If the IG report had found political bias against Trump you'd have championed it as Gospel.

Because it did not you complain it was not thorough.

Even though you were told here over and over it would be a nothing burger, you just went crazy with anticipation.

There’s plenty of damning information in the IG report. I could care less about the conclusions the information and any follow on actions are plenty.

Plus... we have the next report coming on the Russia/collusion fiasco! Woohoo!

It did find bias....and there is no way in hades that the bias they found did not influence the investigation.....

The part that says the bias had no effect, you say is obviously wrong.

If they were anti-Trump and they wanted to influence the election, why did no one leak a single word about the Russia investigation? It's not like they were leak proof.

The FBI publicly stated they were reopening the Clinton investigation DAYS before the election. The Russia/Trump team investigation? Crickets!!!

Actually, I was referring to the original Comey investigation with no consideration to the IG report. You know, all of those missing Clinton emails Comey never recovered.

FTR, go back and find where I posted how the IG report was going to accomplish anything. You won't find it. The fact that so many agents made anti-Trump comments while on the job does speak volumes, though, imo.

Facts are facts and they made the comments they did. JMO, but them airing their bias, on work phones no less, should have been a red flag to conflict of interest. The point of an investigation is to paint a picture where NO bias is present. You're looking for facts. No matter how you paint it, the obvious taint of bias is present. I really don't care that the IG thinks it didn't hinder the investigation. It shouldn't be them getting the benefit of the doubt. No doubt should be present.

Umm, the goings-on were before the election. If anything, your side should be explaining why NOTHING was mentioned about Russia in the text messages etc., being as Trump has ostensibly been balls deep with the Russians since June 2015.

Russia didn’t become an issue until the night of November 8, 2016, when tears flowed like Niagara.

They had no evidence of an actual Trump/Russia/Collusion connection whereas evidence actually existed against Hillary. They had to address the evidence against Hillary, so they publicly dismissed it.

FTR, they still have no evidence of Trump/Russia/Collusion.

Are you nuts? Flynn and Manafort were both under investigation prior to the election. The FBI said nothing and leaked nothing. That tells you all you need to know....if you will only listen.

Why did the FBI not announce that Flynn and Manafort were under investigation? Or at the very least, leak the information?

The point is, if the FBI is such a great investigative agency, and Trump was balls deep with the Russians, why didn’t any of the texts and materials presented in the IG report indicate it?

I take it you think you have a point.

The investigations were just getting under way. What the FBI knew was that people working in the very heart of Trump campaign warranted investigation. No mention of this was made by the FBI prior to the election. Not even a leak. Tells you all you need to know, if you will only listen.
