Mueller in court today on the state charges? Didn't think so, so why is this Judge questioning Mueller's power at the federal level? The Judge is a hack.

Whoa boy! So the civil case was dismissed by Judge Brennan pointing to the proper venue being the criminal case. And Judge Ellis is having none of their broad reaching power claim crap. Big turn today in the Manafort case. A non sympathetic judge is finally calling them on their over reaching crap.

They have two weeks to give the judge the unredacted full memo. And he stated in court today he isn’t inclined to let them use information in 2005 as leverage to turn Manafort on Trump.

For one the Judge got too political. This case has nothing to do with Trump (or does it?). Second, Mueller followed proper channels to give the State evidence that was uncovered during his investigation and in no way is outside his scope to share information. The Judge expressed an opinion which has no place in the court of law.
