If Trump is not a criminal target, that does not necessarily mean that Mueller has insufficient evidence to charge Trump; rather, it may indicate that Mueller reads the Constitution to mean that impeachment rather than indictment is the appropriate remedy for any serious presidential malfeasance. He could be preparing a report that recommends impeachment even while he refrains from indictment -- and, thus, Trump could be under investigation while not a criminal target

So in the entire history of the United States we have impeached the President twice but couldn’t make it stick. And in neither case was either President indicted either.

No, Nixon was not impeached (he would have been) nor was he prosecuted. Ford pardoned him immediately.

Just to ask the obvious question who would be interested in poisoning Roger Stone? This is not something that one of our domestic intelligence agencies would even remotely possibly consider given the political ramifications of killing an American citizen. Which leaves whom? The Russians. Why on God's green Earth would the Russians wanna kill Roger Stone? What information does he have that is so dangerous? Why would he make up something like this?

Thanks for confirming they’re “looking” for crimes, not “investigating” crimes. Hence why millions call it a ‘witch hunt’ and ‘fishing expedition’.
