TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

You also lack objectivity. What do you really think about the Trump Tower meeting. What on the earth do you think they really talked about? Adoptions? Sanctions? World dominance? The Election? Get a clue and don't gloss over everything that has come out about that secret meeting with the Russians. If Mueller gets the information and facts right, I don't care if it takes another 2 years.

I think the meeting was held because Jr thought he was going to get dirt on Clinton. But I hate to break it to you, the meeting wasn't illegal.

And I also believe it was a set up.

Why would they go through the trouble of setting up Jr. for something that wasn't even illegal? Makes no sense. If it was a setup, then it was certainly viewed as illegal. If it wasn't a setup (which it wasn't) then the legality is yet to be determined. Give Mueller time for due process.

He took the bait of conspiring with a foreign agent to interfere in the election.

A federal law, Section 30121 of Title 52, makes it a crime for any foreigner to contribute or donate money or some “other thing of value” in connection with an American election, or for anyone to solicit a foreigner to do so. Legal experts struggled to identify any precedent for prosecutions under that statute, but that phrase is common in other federal criminal statutes covering such crimes as bribery and threats, said Richard L. Hasen, an election-law professor at the University of California, Irvine. Courts have held, in other contexts, that a “thing of value” can be something intangible, like information.

Please oh please let Muller have this as his cornerstone to bringing Trump down.

The Clintons never took money from foreign nations for her election campaign did they?

The evidence must be airtight and overwhelming, otherwise his supporters won't believe it.

Hell, I'm starting to think he could admit it publicly and his supporters would still not care.

And 7 years from now ya'll will still be using this excuse.

I'd love a "You can't handle the truth!" moment. He just can't stand people questioning him. It would be perfect.

And 7 years from now ya'll will still be using this excuse.

In 7 years we will be saying "Remember six years ago when the 36% were still supporting Trump? My how things have changed. It would be hard to find 10% now that would even be willing to admit that they were among the 36%."

Nope, I don't believe we'll be saying anything like that.

In seven years, we'll be saying "man, how stupid was the DNC to not only rig the primary in 2016 to get Inmate Hillary into the nomination, but to really double down on stupid by nominating Elizabeth Warren in 2020."

I think I heard that from some Nixon supporters.

Come now Luther, you've proven time and again you don't pay attention and you expect us to believe you remember Nixon?

Of course not. If attention to details is critical, you've stumbled across another reason Trump is incompetent.

I’m glad we don’t have a president that has seizures, coughs every few minutes, has brain damage, alzheimer's, and can't walk up stairs.

Please, God, not her.
