TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

So, what's going to be the larger meltdown on VN?

The Butch throw on three plays from the Florida goal line?

Or when Trump handily wins reelection in 2020?

No comparison. Trump winning reelection would be worse than the cumulative total of all TN losses for the past 20 years.

That's like asking which would be cause for greatest concern, an eyelash in your eye or going totally blind.

I think about four people here would actually melt down at Trump's reelection, but those four people would combine to create a Biblical level meltdown.

One down, roughly three to go.

So, if you had a choice...

UT winning the National Championship by 2020 AND Trump getting reelected.

or...

UT going 0-12 for the next three years, but Trump gets defeated.

Choose wisely.

I always try to choose wisely, so there's no need to include that "tip". But, that's a tough one. I would easily pick TN going 500 over the nest 3 years. Honestly, I think I would have to go with TN going 0 - 12 over the next 3 years. Luckily, the two aren't related.

I would take a 3rd Obama term for a Natty.

You've got problems Luther.

I would imagine if Trump actually wins big in 2020 the country will be in pretty good shape, so I wouldn't expect much of a meltdown. That said, I doubt it will happen. At the rate he's going, it'll be like the Simpsons episode when the prior Trump presidency has plunged the nation into bankruptcy.

Actually, the national polls were pretty much spot on. The issue wasn't the polls being wrong, it was that the geographic distribution and concentration of Trump voters in particular demographics , which in turn allowed he and Putin to thread the electoral college needle, was not well understood.

lol. so the DNC is incapable of understanding something the stupidheads at the RNC (and Kremlin *wink wink*) are capable of understanding? Not only understanding, but able to exploit?

the electoral college has always worked the same way. stop trying to game the system (rigged primaries and cheating the debates) and get real.

unfortunately in this system someone has to win, kinda like watching UT play UF this last year, despite neither deserving it or playing particularly well or fielding a team or a coach worth the name.

One really weird thing is that we keep learning about Trump contacts with Putin or other Russian officials from the Russians. Not from our own media. The WH never talks about these things until forced to do so by Russian media disclosing it. In fact, that has happened now EIGHT TIMES IN A ROW.

Why is that?

Add this to the administration's refusal to follow the law on Russia sanctions and it starts to become clear that this administration is in the hip pocket of the Russians, and don't want you to realize it.

Will this Russian thing go away once a Dim is in the WH?
