This thread is to monitor the things Trump said he will do while campaigning and during his term. We will update it to show new proposals, progress, and results (or lack thereof). Orange font means a verified promise.
To be accurate, this needs to be a community effort. If someone wanted to make this into a spreadsheet, I'm sure it would be a much better format.

For this, a proposal or promise would be anything offered in a definitive manner ( "I/ we will"..."going to"..."from day 1"...etc. NOT, "we should", "I think", "suggest"... "look into", etc) from Trump. (maybe need to include his cabinet, too?)

As the thread grows, I may miss an addition buried in discussion. Please @ me to make sure I see an update. Thanks.

Please post promises or proposals you are aware of and the tracking of progress in the future.

From post #70:
45. Revoke Joe Biden’s policies on “gender affirming care”—a process that includes giving kids puberty blockers, mutating their physical appearance, and ultimately performing surgery on minor children.
46. Sign a new executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote the concept of sex and gender transition at any age.
47. Ask Congress to permanently stop federal taxpayer dollars from being used to promote or pay for these procedures.
48. Pass a law prohibiting child sexual mutilation in all 50 states.
49. Declare that any hospital or healthcare provider participating in the chemical or physical mutilation of minor youth will no longer meet federal health and safety standards for Medicaid and Medicare—and will be terminated from the program.
50. Support the creation of a private right of action for victims to sue doctors who have unforgivably performed these procedures on minor children.
51.Direct the Department of Justice to investigate Big Pharma and the big hospital networks to determine whether they have:

Deliberately covered up horrific long-term side-effects of “sex transitions” to get rich at the expense of vulnerable patients.

Illegally marketed hormones and puberty blockers, which are in no way licensed or approved for this use.
52. Direct the Department of Education to inform states and school districts that if any teacher or school official suggests to a child that they could be trapped in the wrong body, they will be faced with severe consequences, including, potential Civil Rights violations for sex discrimination, and the elimination of federal funding.
53. As part of our new credentialing body for teachers, we will promote positive education about the nuclear family, the roles of mothers and fathers, and celebrating rather than erasing the things that make men and women different and unique.

Ask Congress to pass a bill establishing that:
54. The only genders recognized by the U.S. government are male and female—and they are assigned at birth.
55. Title IX prohibits men from participating in women’s sports.
56. Protects the rights of parents from being forced to allow their minor child to assume a new gender identity without the parents’ consent.
57. End inflation. Slash energy prices in half in 12 to 18 months. (Mojo post 856 with special acknowledgment to @Tin Man )

It was suggested we track and monitor what was said he'd do by his opponents.
This section can be for that if we want.

1. Internment camps
2. Use of Military against US citizens.
2. IVF Treatments.
3. Agenda 2025 implementation
4. Federal abortion ban.
(verified by malinoisvol, post 229)

4. Right(s) being stripped away
5. Illegalized interracial marriage
6. US Dictatorship installed (verified by malinowski, post 231)
7. Last election
8. Agenda 2025 implementation

(waiting on verification these came from the political opponent or surrogates and not celebrities, talkiing heads, etc)

Most of what he said he'll do will not happen given the extremity of the promise (eg. cut energy prices in half).

For me the question is if energy prices go down is that fulfilling the promise in spirit or failing in specifics.

Can you verify this is something he or his surrogates have promised or proposed?

I wanna be careful to not put things others who don't speak for him have said.

Thanks.
At a CNN town hall in May 2023, Trump said: “They’re dying, Russians and Ukrainians. I want them to stop dying. And I’ll have that done — I’ll have that done in 24 hours.” He said that would happen after he met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Russian President Vladimir Putin. And he keeps repeating the claim on the campaign trail.

Temporary cap on credit card interest rates at 10%

“While working Americans catch up, we’re going to put a temporary cap on credit card interest rates,” Trump said at a rally last week. “We can’t let them make 25 and 30%.”
Added.

Thanks

If it's a promise or proposal he gave, whether by legislation, EO, or general economic improvement, I think it should be added to our tracking and credited if achieved / debited if not.

I don't think there is any chance his anchor baby, no tax on OT and tips has a chance either. but it's on the list.

Right. I don’t think we can concentrate on clear embellishments and BS.

Meaning “I’ll have that war shut down in 24 hours”. That’s essentially the same as Vols by Fiddy. He’s talking shi*. BUT if he doesn’t bring both wars to an end within a reasonable amount of time, let’s say in his first year, I am fine at that point considering it a failed promise. What he means is I’ll negotiate a peace deal quickly. NOT, I’ll literally have this done in 24 hours, you can bank on it!

Some would say he needs to stop embellishing. I can’t entirely disagree. But it’s how he talks. That’s like expecting Obama to stop lecturing America. He just can’t help himself, it’s how he talks.

Does reducing the number of government employees across the board count as reducing spending?
Good question. I ask for discussion and we will put in on the list in a way that accurately reflects what he is proposing.

Hows that sound?

Has that been verifies as from him or his surrogates?
he says a lot of things but

“Seniors should not pay tax on Social Security,” Trump wrote on July 31 in all capital letters on social media platform Truth Social, and repeated the point during an Aug. 7 Fox & Friends interview.

I would say no. If you see a reduction in spending, and reducing the size of government is something he did to achieve it, then that's just part of the process. But if you reduce the size of government, and then take those savings and spend it elsewhere, then that's not reducing spending

As a side note - it's funny how the definition of "wealthy and rich" changes depending on if you want to support or attack something - this is from an article from NBC

Higher-income seniors would benefit most

Experts say those who would benefit most from eliminating taxes on Social Security benefits would be the wealthy.
Households with between $63,000 and $200,000 in income would benefit most from the change, according to an August analysis from the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center.
Lower income households making $32,000 or less would not get a tax cut, as most of their Social Security benefits are not currently taxed. Meanwhile, those with between $32,000 and $60,000 in annual income may see about $90 in tax cuts, according to the research.
“You’re giving a tax break to the higher-income senior population, so that might wind up mitigating its political sale ability as well,” Blahous said.

63K - 200K is now considered wealthy I guess.
