Trump Orders U.S. Military Action Against Terrorist Drug Cartels

Who the 🤬 cares? Did you have to have the name of every terrorist diaper head we smoked in Afghanistan or Iraq?

Oh I'd say there's just a slight bit of difference between walking around with an AK in an Isis or Al-Qaeda controlled area, and riding in a boat off the coast of Valenzuela when it comes to 'probable cause.'

Drug smugglers are now known as terrorist and now treated differently by the US government. They now are tried by the US military just as any designated terrorist group is. For them there is no trial, just death. Basically, my tax dollars are put to better use than in a court system.

Hmm... if I'm *suspected* of carrying over an ounce of pot, am I now also a "narco-terrorist" that should be assassinated?

Cause that's what those guys on the boats were: Suspects.

Also, why is it that only drug smugglers are the terrorists? How about the end-users that buy that cocaine or pot... are they terrorists too? If not, why not? What's the difference?

After all, if there were no end-users (buyers) of drugs, there would be no smugglers. So, at a minimum, aren't American drug users at least equally to blame?

Why so many questions? The U.S. has been blowing up people for decades in mass and you have no idea why. 🤷‍♂️

The kind of boat that was used pretty much says "Drug runner"

😜

Impressed with your amazing boat identification / special psychic powers. Me: Living a half-mile from the ocean and having over 7,000 hours at sea... nope, I definitely couldn't make such a keen, blanket observation about that particular boat.

How about cars?

Pray tell... should our US military also start blowing up ALL Honda vehicles?

I mean this photo pretty much says "drug runner".

Sometimes the U.S. blows up weddings, been doing it for decades. 😂

and what happens when those considerations cross the border? How much wiggle room are we giving the military to act unilaterally.

I am old enough to remember the Patriot Act being bad. I don't see this huge expansion of military power to strike at "drug dealers" because they are "terrorists" as a win for Americans.

yeah, and its been wrong for decades.

but you are too intellectually dishonest to hold the same standard on Trump.

No, I didn't support it because it was we went into places based on lies and dishonesty. You are mad because I point out the obvious. People like insane nash were supporting it and actually supported it when it was done against americans.

Do you have information that this was carried out in a dishonorable manner? I'm all ears. I take the reasoning at this point at face value as I was told after he was put in office what was going to occur, I even posted here as to that.

Mistakes didn't happen in Iraqi, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, Libya, Vietnam, South/Central American, etc.... it was the plan.

lol. I care about the act far more than I care about them being dishonest about it. The act sucks, no matter who did it, or where, or if they lied about it later. it is a hugely dangerous continuation of the growth of the use of the military in, at best, questionable activities involving the summary execution of non-combatants. that is enough for me to think its crap.

I can't wait until the next Covid when they are trying to lock us all down again, and calling the people who refuse to obey, terrorists. going to have drones coming at you from every angle for not following along with whatever government act comes out.

you guys act like Trump will be in power for ever, and it will only ever be YOUR enemies on the receiving end. its both naive and dumb.

If they have information that they were going to do harm to the U.S., its actually their duty to do something. I told you guys on day two what was coming, matter of fact, I'm surprised it took this long... as I said back in January people better watch out what they are doing outside the border.

Actually, the opposite, many of the people that have crocodiles tears didn't give a **** when it was Americans getting killed. Yes, these people were fair game if they were going to harm the U.S. Now, none of us have all that information but what is the big deal here? If you have information about someone not working honestly on this than I would be more open to it.

I'm actually pretty critical of the Orange man when it comes to the Ukraine and Iran (Israel), its not like I think he walks on water. 🤷‍♂️

How about you get in a boat with the cartels and a gang of drugs that could kill millions and FAFO if the constitution protects you?

Did they find drugs in the debris?

Did the have surveillance video of them loading drugs on the boat?

Did they even know the identities of the 11 people on the boat?

Maybe it was the Russians.

That's a 'no' I take it?

It's funny how people who don't trust the government on vaccine safety research trust the government to kill 11 people in international waters, and provide no evidence supporting their assertions that they were "narco terrorists", other than "trust me bro".

What I do know is drug smugglers will now have Help Wanted - Job Openings signs.

Donnie is the King of Debt, Tariffman and the poster child of form over substance...

Tuesday’s strike, which killed 11 people, was unprecedented, said retired US Amb. Luis Moreno, who spent much of his career at the State Department working on counter-narcotic efforts.

“If it really was a major drug trafficking movement, why not do as we’ve always done? Get a beat on it, trace it to where they’re going to drop the drugs off, to a mothership or to someone else, and then seize the whole thing,” he told CNN.

“Just without warning, just blowing it up to smithereens in international waters, that’s not the way you’re supposed to do things,” Moreno said, arguing the strike “was done for drama, for Hollywood effect.”
