Trump is a child

The best And most effective thing we could do is just ignore them.

Thats funny! The media is goading them into this with promises of positive coverage. Just part of a divisive narrative they have been pushing for several years and its a false narrative. Colin made his protest and it was answered with protest. Now if others want to go down the same road they are free to do so. We will certainly see how deeply they feel about the subject. They can stop playing pro football as far as I am concerned, pro basketball as well.:clapping:

Go NHL and PGA! Am I right?

Seems like the NFL owners have already decided that they're not "firing" people like Michael Bennett. I think it's funny that the small government guys want the government to step in and make business owners fire people against the owners' will

King stupid...and he's got you kissing his ring.

Just because I am laughing at people like you doesn't mean I am "kissing his ring". I don't give a wet fart about Trump but its hilarious to see you fringe lunatic anti Trump conspiracy nuts get riled up over the most unimportant things.

Your VN handle sort of seems to be pretty relevant right now..

If they want to take a knee they can. If people want to call em out for it they can. There are consequences for ones actions. Just ask Kaperdink..

Well, you are talking to people who live their lives on their knees.

You are missing the point. Even if you are right, they are allowed to protest. They're doing so peacefully. What's the problem?

Mothers, Fathers, daughters and sons receive a flag instead of their brave loved one who sacrificed their life fighting for your freedom. The least these millionaire athletes can do is stand and take part in paying respect to the fallen who carried that flag on their shoulders through battle!

You want to kneel for the national anthem? That’s cute. How bout you kneel or pray afterwards or lead your team in prayer and you all kneel in solidarity to support ones views and bring attention to high crime rates in ghettos, high drug use, robberies, assault, murder. Go make a difference in the communities that need help, don’t kneel on Sunday and then retreat to your multi million dollar house Monday thru Saturday.

There are millions of good Americans busting their asses to afford a ticket to your game because they look up to you and need a 3 hr escape from the daily hustle of feeding their family and paying bills. Have some respect for us family members of LEO and Military who deal with ptsd and flags instead of hugs from our loved ones.

To have Kaepernick stand during a pledge of allegiance or national anthem would help close the divide, right now it’s hurting NFL revenue and he’s out of a job, and guys like me who find it wildly disrespectful to my grandfather who stormed the beaches of Normandy and have to kill another man to defeat nazism and come home and pretend nothing ever happened and my wife’s grandfather come home from the pacific having seen things no human should ever have to see made him go crazy and not be there for his family.

That flag means more than to ordinary people than it does a millionaire football player who gets his feelings hurt.

You want to live here and reap the benefits and rewards of America? Salute the Flag! Respect your nation and the men and women who give it all for you .

Did he say "and getting away with it"?.... don't be an over reacting ... over interpreting dude. .... you knew what he was saying

Why do you think CK and others are protesting? It's because the judicial system and law enforcement abuses minorities' rights and they get away with it. His black on white crime comparison is totally irrelevant.

The protests aren't about white people hurting black people. No NFL player has said that they are. It's been about cops vs minorities.

You guys can't even keep up with the convo....or you can but you don't know how to argue against their position so you modify it.

Interesting that many who complained of Tebows public displays of Christianity are now ok with players public displays of personal beliefs

Who?

Did anybody complain about Tebow kneeling? His post game interviews were a little annoying (just like some political rants athletes make) but i never complained.

Where is your proof that cops abuse the rights of minorities?

What does kneeling for the national anthem have to do with cops in the first place?

This is the greatest country on earth and everyone is given the opportunity to succeed. If you really think it's an unfair and unjust society, no one is forcing you to stay, furthermore, if it is as bad as some people would have you believe why does no one leave? Why are people constantly trying to get in?
