Out of curiosity, how are we going to put up protectionist barriers and impose tariffs so as to artificially increase US production, and also increase wages for workers, while simultaneously reducing taxes on corporations?

Something doesn't add up.

US charges 2.5% tariff on cars imported from Europe. EU charges 10% tariff on US imports. Equalizing horrendous imbalances like that is hardly putting up protectionist barriers.

2013 study by National Bureau of Asian Research reported that China's theft of US Intellectual property costs the US $300,000,000,000 per year.

I guess you would prefer we have the same incompetent morons continue to negotiate more BS deals AND raise taxes on corporations so that we can dole out more money to impoverished Americans who have either low wage jobs or no jobs (wages and job creation are both dragged down by uncompetitive trade deals and the highest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world).

He is a uniquely thin-skinned political figure who can't stand to have the pageantry of his reign mocked or criticized.
