Trump in Violation of Constition According to Suit

No you haven't.

Just like the just justice department and the secret meeting will Bill on the tarmac. Hillary was untouchable under Obama. Hell, she totally ****ed up Benghazi, her server, damn near everything. Untouchable. You look at her like she's an innocent angel.

You truly are illiterate.

There's no way someone can play this willfully dumb constantly.

I'm not going to do your Baudrillard routine today. I've had about enough arguing with postmodernists for today.

My feelings towards the man are well-known, but I find this lawsuit to be quite petty. There are a lot of bigger reasons to be worried about this man having this much power. Hotel bills are not among them.

Hey Prof.....LG just called you a DA.......LG called you one......got to hurt.....

This is a first. I for one would like to see him officially (may have already done it) turn over all control in his businesses.

About two weeks ago, I believe he signed over control of all his business operations to his sons. He also volunteered to give all of his hotel profits from foreign governments to the U.S. Treasury.

On your first point, yes, that is correct. I knowingly voted for someone I think should be in prison. I voted for her, because, of my two legitimate choices, she was by far the lesser threat.

#Reading

On your second point, that's absolutely inaccurate. I've never once said I'm smarter than everyone else on here. That's your cohort that blows those comments out of proportion, falsely, like the lying hacks you all are. In fact, I often self-denigrate for posters I consider intelligent and respectful, like huff, volinbham, Velo, UTCVol, etc.

As far as the rest of you are concerned, however, you're a bunch of hate-filled knuckleheads, and I couldn't care less what you think about me.

Just as long as you know the first point is your opinion, not fact worthy.

Second point just putting a hash tag 'reading' and calling tumms illiterate, not to mention little remarks like this, 'I've never defended Hillary's record. I know what she is, probably even more than you.'. Yeah if you look closely you can see your narcissistic.

He did. And he already said all those questionable hotel profits were going to be donated to the US anyway.

From US News:

..."Its argument for standing "barely passes the laugh test," said Robert Kelner, chairman of the election and political law group of the firm Covington & Burling and an experienced Republican attorney. "The courts will toss this one out."

also

..."Edwin Williamson, a former State Department legal adviser, said that the group will struggle to prove its case. He said the emoluments clause does not apply the payment of a "market price" for a stay at a hotel."...

Like I say, the goal of this might be to force the issue of him releasing more business details, including in particular his tax returns, as he promised, and as he should.

Tums is illiterate, you are a hack, and I couldn't care less whether or not you think I'm a narcissist.

On the latter, you pretty much forfeited your ability to use that as a slight when you gave away your vote to Donny.

I also hope that one of the goals is to make him further unhinged so that he overplays his hand and gives us more probable cause.

According to the suit, none of this makes Trump's actions constitutional. According to the suit, this is all still in violation.

So un-/thread.

Anyone can file any bullshat "suit" they want.......does NOT make is viable........keep dreaming little man.....

Not nearly as brilliant as your mistaken post you claimed officially ended this thread (so you can protect Dear Leader), but I try.

Shifting the goal posts is unbecoming of a man.

None of this changes what I said, the investigation still stands open, and so does this thread.

You can't cover for Dear Leader the rest of your life.

How can he be held to this prior to being President?

Its what he does after last Friday

Just a wild guess, but he's probably being held to it because he's now president with the same unconstitutional issues and, as such, finally in violation.

no one cared the first time you typed it......

don lemon (host): So, i want to ask you about this alliance between, you first, kellyanne, between john kasich and ted cruz, this alliance, shall we say, that donald trump is calling collusion, is this fair game?

Kellyanne conway: Of course it's fair game.

Lemon: Are they playing by the rules here?

conway: Oh, absolutely. It's completely transparent. Donald trump's tax returns aren't, i would like to see those be transparent.

Since when did liberals care about the constitution?

They care about the 1st, if its what they want to hear

The 2nd, if its used to enforce their policies

The 4th, always

The 5th, necessary for Senate Hearings

The 10th, they totally despise it

The 14th only because of Roe v Wade

I maintained at least four months before the election that your vote would not be wasted and that Dear Leader would win.

Speaking of the SC, I'm glad you brought that up. I don't have much respect for Obama, but he at least was willing to make a concession to Republicans by giving them Merrick Garland. Republicans, however, refused.

It may not be possible, as they may not have the numbers, but I sincerely hope that Democrats keep Trump's SC pick from being confirmed. I hope they don't let a single SC pick get confirmed until Trump is out of office and we have a President Pence.
