Trump Ignores the Courts

You can believe what you want, but the administration is full of lies, all the time, everywhere. Do you actually know why it's alleged he's MS-13? It's flimsy AF.

So the government and a government informant state he is a gang member. The government also stated he has ties to human trafficking.

He states he’s not, but also came here illegally.

Bye!

He is a legal non-citizen with an American wife and a kid. He fled El Salvador 14 years ago because a gang was targeting his parents for extortion. He has a full time job as a sheet metal apprentice. There is no proven gang affiliation. The admin has also alleged human trafficking (of course) involvement. But they are compulsive, unashamed liars who also said this was a clerical error.

Stop trusting anything about this admin. Everything has to be validated by an outside source. Vance lies, no problem. Don't believe a word Leavitt says. Even her entire face is a lie.
You know all this to be true. With zero doubts.

So how is your brother doing in El Salvador? You sending him care packages?

I’d agree with people like Huff who say “this is a low burden of proof”. Without a doubt. It is.

But you already came here illegally. We can’t detain and deport 100% of illegal immigrants. So we should focus on:

1. Those who have committed crimes here. I think we all universally agree on that.

2. This seems to be where the disagreement is: we should also focus on those believed to be criminals or believed to have gang ties.

Is that a broad net? 100%. Is that a low burden of proof? 100%. Will that likely mean we do detain some illegal immigrants who are decent people? 100%.

But if we believe you may be an MS 13 member and you’re here illegally…..bye!

What happened with his immigration status when he was 16 has no bearing. Do you have any idea how many people came to the US illegally as minors? We found the one ****head who wants to deport dreamers. If we're deporting legal people for paperwork "crimes" from 14 years back and their youth, what are we even doing? Just shoot ourselves in the dick.

The evidence that he is a gang member is flimsy AF. I doubt you have any idea what that evidence is. The admin has done nothing to demonstrate that he has ties to human trafficking and they're lying about everything.

Don't be such a willing fool.

“If we’re deporting legal people”-he’s not here legally, so idk what you’re talking about.

The evidence was enough to convince a judge given he was wearing gang attire, hanging with gang members, and identified by gang members as a member. Seriously, what else are you looking for? “The determination that the respondent is a gang member appears to be trustworthy and is supported by other evidence”-Judge Elizabeth Kessler

Do you think MS-13 keeps an active roster? Don’t be such a willing fool.

So? If as a child my parents illegally migrated to France, Japan, China etc. they would have every right to deport me. And no one would shed a tear. Being allowed to to remain in a nation because your parents illegally trafficked you there is actually the insane policy.

What do you mean by trafficked?

Nobody is saying the US government doesn't have a right to deport someone who is here illegally. He is not here illegally, though. The past is the past. He is currently complying with the law. And even still, just because the government can deport someone doesn't mean we want them to. Dreamers have a very high approval rating in America, and we need them. Deporting them just because we have a right to would be very stupid.

To my knowledge the dream act never passed and on top of that, it would not have applied to people who came here at the age of 16 or older.

So I have no clue why you continue using this term “Dreamer”

Trafficked as in illegally transported across international borders.

Hahaha, wtf.

Let's use a term that makes migrant parents sound like they're selling their kids as slaves when really they've just committed a paper work violation.

FFS
I wouldn't call crossing the border illegally somewhere that wasn't an official point of entry just a "paper work violation". that was a willful breaking of our law.

you make it sound like they went thru the proper channels but misspelled something on document 15.2.6.4.2 subsection F, and thus are not fully "legal".

You need to remember who you are posting with and his stance on illegal immigration. All of the gang members Trump deported had a rough childhood, so it really wasn't their fault they were here illegally in the first place.

I am not on board with Trump's deportation efforts, mostly because of how he is doing it. But Huff was extremely soft selling the particulars.

Let's be clear, the point is trafficking violates basic human rights and illegal residence does nothing of the sort.

And the semantics of it....it's literally a crime of existing without paperwork and IDK how anybody could argue that...we could call it a crime of geography? That better? It's not trafficking. I know that much.

Shoot anyone trying to enter illegally as an enemy combatant.
Let them know we take the process seriously……
