Nope. But an election DOES confer all Title II authority to the duly elected chief executive. Individual district court „judges“ were trying to usurp that power.
The clearest example was loon Boasberg telling the Administration to order planes in international air space to turn around mid flight. He was acting like HE was the Commander in Chief.
And it ain’t just the Trump supporters backing the President here. The rogue judges keep getting slapped down like flies at a picnic. So basically all three branches of government are giving the green light. So I believe that means „we win“. No matter how much the left whines and screams.

Rarely do I care what the Left has to say, but I am truly curious now. What is the plan? Just keep hoping for the destruction of America so you have something to blame on Republicans? Aside from being truly disgusting and reprehensible... that's not gonna be a winning strategy. So what is the plan???

What good ideas do Democrats have? What is the strategy that keeps Vance out of the Whitehouse next?? Right now it looks like another landslide. If Trump gets federal voter ID laws in place a landslide is certain. So what do the Dems have left?
