Makes me wonder what the Secret Service drones were doing? I would think from the first time that guy told the police there was a man with a rifle on that rooftop, SS would have directed a drone in that direction immediately!

From any altitude, the guy would have been obvious to find, and the initial zoom attempt would have revealed at least a rifle-like object in his hands.
