I agree. When you get right down to it "liberal", "socialist", and "communist" are really the same thing - just separated by the degree of commitment and control. Most RINOs are using training wheels, but some are definitely committed socialists.
All Reps have the liberal spending part down pat - I'm not actually sure there's a real fiscal conservative to be found in DC - in either party. The dedicated RINOs wobble, and some definitely lean to the social engineering side.
Eminent domain. Eminent means prominent and distinguished people, or meaning to emphasize a positive quality or fairness. Imminent means something is about to happen.Missed this post yesterday. Here are some others from recent history:
-Wall Street bank bailout.
-The conversion of TSA to federal employees.
-SCOTUS expanding imminent domain precedent (Florida case).
Being mean /= authoritarian.
Trumps not a very nice person. Nut up and act like a damn adult and stop crying so damn much. You lost move on.
I was under the impression that a President didn't make laws, but only signed laws passed by both houses. Are you worried about an edict from Trump that will execute your drug dealer or something, and it won't make the news because Trump won't let the paper print it?
Not sure what the relevance is here. Are you saying congress is the body of government that decides punishment for crimes?
Trump's AG has ramped up the war on drugs. There is no disputing that this is an authoritarian move.
Go tell the founders that we spend $50B+ annually fighting a war against consumable products and that we have the largest prison population in the world because of it. They'll tell you we're authoritarians.
How is it that one part of government is authoritarian for enforcing the law as written by another branch made up of representatives elected by the people - or worse by that other branch made up of unelected tin pot despots who make law as they see fit? I do always use the term "representatives" very, very loosely when referring to congress - and congress doesn't earn enough respect to deserve a capital "c".
Step 1 - ask people how Trump has been an authoritarian
Step 2 - after they comply with the request and tell you specific and valid incidents where he acted like an authoritarian, call it something else and then tell them to stop crying and that they need to move on.
Beautiful
Placing someone in the campaign is different than someone there on their own telling the FBI they are worried that Trump or those near to him have been compromised.
This is eerily similar to the lie Trump told about being wiretapped. One guy was subject to a warrant. So if he was called there it would be picked up. Trump turned that into his building being wiretapped, which is utterly false.
Now, he's taking the fact that someone ratted him out and making it seem like someone was actually placed there by the FBI.
Again, a ludicrous falsehood by Trump.
Looks like youve got it huff! Nice! And who said you werent trainable. 😬
Constantly calling the free press fake news(when you're the one making that news) , calling for investigations on your political opponents, deriding law enforcement, and intel agencies are the earmarks of a dictator.
What we have here is an all out attack by tRump and the g o p faaaaar right freedom caucus to obstruct, obfuscate, and derail a legitimate federal investigation. Shameful abuse of power to undermine democracy and the rule of law. This is the stuff a banana republic is made of.Of course the highly partisan right doesn't
care if it comes down on the wrong side of history.
Don't even think an IG investigation is something new or special, the office routinely investigates complaints filed against the FBI and DOJ. tRump's fanbase will remain loyal no matter what comes down the pike.
Why won't congress ask for tRump's tax return righties......something to hide! :yikes:
